Artifintech is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead QA projects in a regulated environment. You will plan, track, and deliver cross-functional initiatives spanning Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, and Clinical Operations, ensuring GxP compliance.

You will develop project plans, manage risks, drive milestones, and communicate with stakeholders at all levels, while promoting process improvements and inspection readiness across the QMS.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, engineering, project management, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of project-management experience, including QA, quality systems, manufacturing quality, or compliance.
• Experience managing multiple complex cross-functional projects with aggressive timelines.
• Knowledge of GxP principles and quality/compliance standards (GMP, GCP, GDP or equivalent).
• Experience preparing project plans, schedules, risk assessments, and status reporting.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning and delivery of assigned QA projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, risk logs, and status reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including QA, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, and others.
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, assign action items, and follow up.
• Track scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and issues; mitigate as needed.
• Support QA initiatives involving quality systems, audit readiness, and process improvement.
• Prepare concise dashboards and updates for stakeholders.
