Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Testing Supervisor to lead the Product Development & Testing QA team and drive continuous improvement in testing methods and product quality.

The role requires expertise with tools and lab equipment, coordinating testing, and delivering accurate technical documentation to support product development and regulatory compliance. In-office position with travel up to 10% and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QA teams and coordinating multiple shifts.
• Expert knowledge of lab equipment and testing methods.
• Strong ability to interpret test results and write clear reports.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project management program and manage team workload/schedule.
• Lead and develop a high‑performance team with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Coach/mentor QA staff to develop skills and competencies.
• Collaborate with internal partners to improve quality objectives.
• Interact with management, consultants, regulators, labs, and vendors.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of technical documentation and correspondence.
• Lead and train Product Specialists on lab equipment like XRF analyzers.
• Delegate tasks with deadlines to testing managers.
• Assist in writing and reviewing test reports.
