Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking an Advanced Quality Engineer to lead quality and reliability activities for new product development and ongoing product support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, purchasing, and manufacturing to meet time-to-market, cost, and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in metallurgical, manufacturing, industrial, mechanical engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the quality and reliability activities for project teams.
• Translate customer needs into product requirements and specifications.
• Develop and execute test procedures to validate product specifications and ensure quality and reliability readiness.
• Conduct reliability analyses using Weibull and other statistical methods to evaluate product performance and set targets.
• Lead root cause analyses (5-Whys, Fishbone) and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with global teams to develop QC mitigation strategies and ensure manufacturing readiness.
• Support process improvement and supplier quality activities across the product lifecycle.
