Jubilant HollisterStier Spokane is seeking a Supervisor II, Compliance & Oversight to lead QA oversight of GMP operations across manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, and labs. You will drive process monitoring, batch record reviews, area audits, and risk identification to ensure compliance and batch quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required, or Associates with 7 years directly related experience.
• 4 years’ experience required. Supervisory and lead experience in pharma.
• Expert knowledge of cGMP regulations, GDP requirements, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience overseeing on-the-floor batch record review, process monitoring, area audits, and quality risk identification.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to assess quality events and escalate appropriately.
• Ability to identify compliance trends and drive corrective actions.
• Experience leading QA Oversight personnel and promoting a culture of quality.
• Excellent communication across organizational levels and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to Compliance & Oversight personnel responsible for QA oversight.
• Oversee real-time QA oversight of manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, and labs during process execution.
• Set performance expectations, training plans, and development opportunities for direct reports.
• Coach and mentor staff on GMP requirements, risk identification, and decision making.
• Provide real-time quality support for events, assess impact, escalate, and resolve.
• Identify and escalate quality events, deviations, and compliance risks.
• Monitor on-the-floor oversight activities and conduct batch record reviews and audits.
• Evaluate trends, risks, and implement corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain staffing levels and manage performance of direct reports.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Packaging, QA, Engineering, Validation, and QC to ensure compliance.
• Support regulatory inspections and client audits with subject-matter expertise.
