Job summary

MilliporeSigma in Madison, WI, seeks a Quality Assurance Operations representative to strengthen our mature QA culture within manufacturing. You will ensure data integrity, perform batch record reviews, and support cGMP documentation, including certificates of analysis and batch release.

Shift is 12pm-10:30pm, Monday-Thursday, with production and warehouse contact for QA checks. Requirements include a Bachelor's or Associate's degree with 3+ years in QA/GMP environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 3+ years of quality assurance experience.
• 3+ years of GMP experience.
• Knowledge of data integrity, data review, root cause analysis, and auditing.

Responsibilities

• Quality assurance operations support data integrity and audit readiness.
• Review batch records and documentation to ensure traceability and accuracy.
• Prepare certificates of analysis and batch release documentation.
• Conduct self-inspections and site reviews at Madison/Verona facilities.
