MilliporeSigma is seeking a Quality Assurance Operations representative in Madison, WI to foster a mature quality culture within manufacturing. You will support data integrity, batch review, and audits while ensuring cGMP compliance in production and QC areas.

The role requires 3+ years in QA, a Bachelor's or Associate degree with GMP experience, and availability for a 12:00–22:30 shift Monday through Thursday, with competitive pay and benefits including health insurance and PTO.

• Prepare certificates of analysis and batch release documentation.
• Product release through batch documentation review.
• Conduct self-inspections for the Madison/Verona site.

Your Role

The Quality Assurance Operations representative is a driver of a mature quality culture, particularly through the implementation of quality assurance within operations. Quality assurance operations (QA Ops) function is present or easily accessible to operations in a Manufacturing facility to support data integrity, root cause analysis, data and batch review, document control and auditing.

Shift is 12pm-10:30pm Monday-Thursday

• Preparation of documentation for production execution including batch records, supplemental logs, packaging and shipping and other documents in support of cGMP operations.
• Presence in Production/QC and warehouse areas to review documentation whether paper or electronic, perform line clearances and perform QA checks.
• Review batch records in a timely manner to meet committed release dates and ensure documentation, whether paper or electronic, is attributable, legible, traceable, permanent, contemporaneously recorded, original and accurate.
• Prepare certificates of analysis and batch release documentation for accuracy and completion prior to final release of product.
• Product release through the review of batch documentation.
• Conduct self-inspection for the Madison/Verona site.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 3+ years of quality assurance experience.

OR

• Associate’s degree in any discipline.
• 3+ years of GMP experience.
• 3+ years of quality assurance experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of data integrity, data review, root cause analysis and auditing.
• Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal skills with attention to detail.
• Strong team player – ability to collaborate across all departments within the organization to deliver on quality and regulatory commitments.
• Ability to work autonomously, effectively manage time, and deliver results on time.

Pay Range for this position: $25-$39 per hour. The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
