Job summary

MilliporeSigma in Madison, WI, is seeking a Scientist, Quality Associate Senior to perform cGMP analytical testing in the Quality Control lab. You will analyze samples, validate methods, and support deviation and CAPA processes in a team-oriented setting.

The role requires a strong foundation in analytical chemistry and lab documentation. The shift is 6:30am-7:00pm, Fri-Sun, with the potential for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology or Life Science discipline.
• 3+ years experience in a GLP or cGMP environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cGMP analytical laboratory analyses in the QA/QC department.
• Support in-process, final product analyses, and method validation/qualification as needed.
• Conduct analyses using HPLC, GC, KF, DSC, TGA, IR, MS, NMR and XRPD among other tests.
• Initiate and review deviations, OOS/OOT, change controls, and CAPA; participate in process improvements and maintain a clean, audit-ready lab.
