Job summary

Catalent is hiring a Senior Associate I - Quality Assurance Operations in Madison, WI. This on-site role supports the floor QA program, reviews batch records and data, and releases materials for production, with a Sunday–Wednesday 6am–4pm schedule.

You will work closely with Manufacturing to implement QA best practices and ensure GMP compliance. The ideal candidate has a STEM degree with relevant experience, strong documentation skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-growing team focused

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in STEM with related experience.
• Bachelor’s in STEM with 3+ years of related experience.
• Associate’s in STEM with 6+ years of related experience.
• High school diploma with 7+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute the QA on the Floor program.
• Perform walkthroughs in the Manufacturing Area with QA and operations.
• Provide direct quality support for routine manufacturing operations.
• Review and release batch records, test data, and environmental data.
• Review facility and equipment records to support GMP operations.
• Support shipment of finished products and maintain controlled documents.
