Job summary

MilliporeSigma is seeking a Quality Assurance Operations representative in Madison, WI to foster a mature quality culture within manufacturing. You will support data integrity, batch review, and audits while ensuring cGMP compliance in production and QC areas.

The role requires 3+ years in QA, a Bachelor's or Associate degree with GMP experience, and availability for a 12:00–22:30 shift Monday through Thursday, with competitive pay and benefits including health insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years QA experience.
• Associate’s degree with 3+ years GMP experience and QA.
• Knowledge of data integrity, documentation and audits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production documentation including batch records, logs, packaging and shipping docs.
• Review documentation in Production/QC/warehouse; perform line clearances and QA checks.
• Review batch records to meet release dates; ensure documentation is attributable and accurate.
• Prepare certificates of analysis and batch release documentation.
• Product release through batch documentation review.
• Conduct self-inspections for the Madison/Verona site.
