XPECT Solutions, LLC is seeking a Mid-level Quality Assurance Manager to lead QA for the Finance and Facilities Division BI Suite Operations & Maintenance program in Washington, DC. You will manage automated regression testing, plan and execute tests for PRs/CRs, support UAT, and report results to ATS teams and Government leads.

The role requires Top Secret clearance, 5+ years in software QA, automation experience, and on-site work in the National Capital Region with strict Government approvals

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance is required.
• 5+ years of software quality assurance and testing experience.
• Experience leading system, integration, and regression testing with test plans, cases, and data.
• Experience developing and maintaining automated test cases and regression testing frameworks.
• Experience tracking and resolving defects in an Agile environment.
• Onsite full-time work at the National Capital Region facility; telework not authorized without Government approval.

Responsibilities

• Carry out QA procedures to ensure BI Suite meets ATS standards and end-user requirements.
• Maintain automated test tools and test cases; develop new automated tests for PRs and CRs.
• Expand automated regression testing across BI systems and data combinations.
• Perform system, integration, regression, and performance testing per approved plans; create test data.
• Support UAT by coordinating with stakeholders and developing UAT test cases and scripts.
