Responsibilities

• Document workflows and process steps to support design.
• Gather and analyze business requirements; create user stories.
• Create, manage, and track JIRA tickets across the project.
• Test developed stories and ensure QA through manual and automated testing.
• Support current and future state business process redesign.
• Provide technical support to application end users.
• Develop and maintain project documentation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and SAFe alignment.
• Recommend process improvements throughout project lifecycle.
