XPECT Solutions, LLC seeks a Quality Assurance Manager (Mid) to lead the program’s testing and QA function for the Finance and Facilities Division. The role centers on maintaining automated regression testing, planning system and integration tests, supporting UAT, and reporting test results to ATS leads.

The position requires active TS clearance, 5+ years of QA experience, and on-site work in the National Capital Region.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance required.
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing on multiple complex assignments.
• Experience leading system, integration, and regression testing, including test plans and data.
• Experience developing and maintaining automated test cases and regression frameworks.
• Experience tracking defects in an Agile delivery environment.
• Ability to work full-time onsite at the customer facility in the National Capital Region.

Responsibilities

• Carry out QA procedures to ensure BI Suite information systems meet ATS standards and end-user requirements.
• Maintain and expand automated test tools and test cases for PRs and CRs.
• Expand automated regression testing coverage across BI systems and data combinations.
• Perform system, integration, regression, and performance testing per approved test plans; create test data as needed.
• Support UAT by coordinating with stakeholders and developing test cases and scripts; resolve defects before production release.
• Track, document, and drive resolution of defects in the client’s defect tracking system and report progress to government leads.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and results with traceability to requirements and change records.
• Communicate automated testing results to ATS teams and provide test coverage inputs to monthly reports.
• Perform workflow analysis and propose QA improvements for the QAP.
• Serve as an information resource for technical writers and QA staff; support year-end mock testing and disaster recovery exercises.
