Job summary

Loloi Rugs is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the QA program for rug products and operations. This hands-on leadership role oversees quality systems from pre-production to customer returns, working across Quality, Product Development, Sourcing, Vendor Management, and Operations at our Ennis, TX facility.

The position requires 5+ years in QA/QC, strong analytical and communication skills, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5+ years QA/QC experience in rugs/home furnishings/manufacturing.
• Experience leading QA programs, inspections, audits, training, and vendor improvements across domestic and international operations.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (GA, international locations listed).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day QA activities and maintain standards, SOPs, procedures, and documentation.
• Develop rug inspection methods, sampling plans, and defect classifications; review results and vendor docs.
• Lead investigations into product and process failures; drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Review returns and inventory disposition; coordinate recovery and transfers.
• Build QA KPIs and deliver leadership updates; train staff on standards and procedures.
