Job summary

STARK in Calhoun, GA, is seeking an experienced QC Supervisor to lead quality control inspectors and ensure luxury rug standards are met throughout production.

The role requires 3–5 years in quality control in textile or rug manufacturing, supervisory experience, and strong attention to detail. Proficiency with MS Office and production management systems is expected; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate/bachelor preferred.
• 3–5 years QC or textile manufacturing experience; supervisory experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor QC Inspectors and Packers.
• Inspect rugs for workmanship, color accuracy, and finishing quality.
• Set quality checkpoints and document defects.
• Collaborate with Fabrication, Finishing, and Shipping to resolve issues.
• Enforce safety protocols and company policies.
