Job summary

Stark Carpet Corporation seeks an experienced QC Supervisor to lead the Quality Control team in rug manufacturing. You will supervise and train inspectors, enforce quality standards, and maintain production schedules while ensuring exceptional craftsmanship for luxury client projects.

You will develop quality checkpoints, collaborate with Fabrication, Finishing, and Shipping teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and waste.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in quality control, textile manufacturing, rug/flooring fabrication, or related manufacturing.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor QC Inspectors and Packers within the department.
• Inspect luxury rugs for workmanship, color accuracy, pattern alignment, binding/serging, and finishing quality.
• Develop and implement quality checkpoints to reduce rework and defects.
• Partner with Fabrication, Finishing, and Shipping to resolve quality issues quickly.
• Maintain consistent inspection standards to meet company requirements.
