Job summary

Proweaver is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to develop and implement QA policies, conduct tests and inspections, and lead improvements across products and services. You will identify issues, present solutions, and drive reliable quality across all processes.

The role emphasizes QA systems expertise, data interpretation, and leadership for cross-functional teams, with opportunities to coach staff and enhance customer support quality.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in business, management, computer science, engineering or a related field is required.
• Master's degrees are preferred.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in a quality assurance management role is required.
• Experience in software development or in a tech-related company is an advantage.
• A solid understanding and experience in implementing and managing QA systems is a must.
• Certified quality assurance professional is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and initiate standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
• Devise sampling procedures and design and develop forms for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality data.
• Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues and manage corrective actions.
• Oversee and ensure the quality of customer support services, providing coaching and training where necessary.
• Collaborate with senior managers to identify and establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities and demonstrate quality tools in daily work.
