In this role, this individual takes a direct hand in the performance of the team as a whole and developing and establishing quality assurance standards and measures for the information technology services within the organization. This is a hands-on/technical role, and this individual will remain directly involved with development efforts including gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. This individual will be writing and reviewing manual test plans and scripts for validating defects and fixes in product development, software application development, information systems, and operations systems. The individual will apply proven analytical and problem-solving skills to help validate IT processes through careful manual testing and building automation first strategies in order to maximize the benefit of business investments in IT initiatives. This individual will also utilize manual testing techniques to deliver software to production early and often, with highly reliable procedures. You will be part of a team that is passionate about our purpose, committed to nurturing curiosity and new skills, and building connections across the organization with colleagues, customers, and guests.

The salary range for this position is $98,600 - $128,000. This position is also eligible to earn an annual bonus. The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
