Job summary

Hyatt is seeking a Manager of QA (Remote) to join the Global Digital and Technology organization. The role combines hands-on testing with establishing QA standards, writing test plans, and driving automation-first strategies for IT services.

Qualifications

10 years of experience developing and manually testing native mobile apps.
BS in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
Demonstrable skills in manual testing methodologies and practices.

Responsibilities

Work closely with product, design, and development teams to communicate problem impacts and understand business requirements.
Develop and establish quality assurance measures and testing standards for new development and enhancements.
Provides guidance to subordinates within established policies; manage team workload.
Attend architecture meetings to ensure projects meet standards and needs.
Identify and resolve enterprise-level issues with technology and process relating to product test coverage.
Communicate test progress and results across management levels.
Track multiple test executions and synthesize results.
Lead by example and mentor junior team members.
