Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a QA Manager I to lead quality assurance activities across single or multiple sites and customers, ensuring compliance with cGxP and related regulations. The role includes overseeing CAPA, audits, change control, document control, and training of site quality staff.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in a regulated environment, supervisory experience, and strong data analysis and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in a regulated environment or ISO 9001 compliant/certified required.
• 1+ years of supervisory or management experience required.
• Manufacturing, Life Sciences, or 3PL industry experience required.
• Knowledge of regulations such as FDA, GxPs, ATF, DEA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and continuous improvement of the quality system including CAPA, audits, and document control.
• Manage licenses, permits, and registrations processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across site(s) against applicable standards and customer requirements.
• Validate systems and equipment where applicable and manage change control processes.
• Hire, train, and develop quality associates and monitor training to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with CI team to drive improvement activities.
