Job summary

O’Neal Manufacturing Services seeks an experienced quality leader to drive the plant-wide quality program. The role focuses on safety, quality, and delivery using lean and 6-Sigma approaches, with customer interaction and continuous improvement at the core.

The incumbent will manage the QA department, lead PPAP and APQP initiatives, and ensure corrective actions address root causes across the supply chain. Strong communication and leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related technical field.
• 5+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing an ISO9001 based quality management system.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA function and ensure resources meet customer goals and deadlines.
• Drive PPAP activities and coordinate with plant staff for product launches.
• Investigate root causes and implement permanent corrective actions for customer issues.
• Communicate quality goals to plant personnel and lead achievement efforts.
• Oversee containment, corrective actions, and preventive measures across the supply chain.
• Perform statistical capability studies and recommend process improvements.
