Job summary

Mariposa Associates is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager in Freeport, IL to lead plant-wide quality systems and ISO 9001:2015 compliance. You will oversee inspections, PPAP, CAPA, and NCR/RGA investigations while driving continuous improvement in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

You will lead QA team development, coordinate with customers and suppliers on PPAP and corrective actions, and drive quality dashboards, metrics, and Excel reporting to enhance performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in quality/engineering/manufacturing.
• ISO 9001:2015 experience is preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA team and drive development.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers on PPAP and corrective actions.
• Oversee NCR/RGA investigations and root-cause analysis (CAPA).
• Develop quality dashboards, metrics, and Excel-based reporting.
