Qualifications

• Experience leading QA teams in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of QA systems and documentation processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain master copies of supplier data, audit reports, and change records.
• Distribute materials and explain changes in meetings with stakeholders.
• Review change orders and service trends weekly to identify quality gaps.
• Initiate Engineering Change Requests for design or floor plan modifications.
• Perform systematic line inspections and daily unit checks.
• Ensure QA databases and training records are updated regularly.
• Lead IPIA walkthroughs with the Assistant QA Manager.
• Debrief leadership on daily IPIA findings and corrective actions.
• Generate HUD 302, Alternate Construction, and Energy Star reports monthly.
• Coordinate weekly DAPIA training for team members.
• Train and onboard new team members and department transfers.
• Review floor plans, DAPIA designs, and product standards for accuracy.
• Ensure testing personnel and backups maintain required certifications.
• Report all quality control findings and non-conformances with documentation.
