Job summary

Quince is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager, Customization to lead on-site QA at our Santa Fe Springs decoration facility. You will inspect inbound inventory, audit production quality, and escalate issues to keep on-time delivery and high quality across decoration processes.

You will build QA processes, track KPIs, and collaborate with the remote project team to implement improvements in our Production Management System and ensure adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse operations, QA, QC, or production operations.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve quality issues in fast-moving environments.
• Experience creating SOPs, inspection criteria, and quality frameworks from scratch.
• Excellent written and spoken communication to remote teams.
• Detail-oriented, data-driven, with KPI tracking experience.
• On-site work in Santa Fe Springs, CA.

Responsibilities

• Own quality outcomes and maintain 99% on-time delivery and 99% quality acceptance.
• Inspect inbound inventory and verify against purchase orders to minimize delays.
• Conduct production quality checks across decoration steps (embroidery, screen-printing, heat transfer, embossing).
• Document defects with evidence and drive swift corrective actions with decorators.
• Provide updates to remote project managers and integrate status into the Production Management System.
• Build QA processes and SOPs from intake to outbound audits.
• Track KPIs and present trends to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with 3P decorators to enforce quality standards.
• Identify root causes of quality failures and coordinate cross-functional resolution.
• Support onboarding of new product lines with QA checkpoints.
• Maintain records in tracking systems.
• Conduct weekly operations check-ins with decorators.
