Job summary

CapTech is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager (Mid-Level II) to lead QA across multiple projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and alignment with client objectives. This role blends hands-on testing with leadership responsibilities, requiring strong technical skills and the ability to mentor teams.

You will develop test strategies, manage QA teams, and coordinate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to align testing with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software testing including functional, non-functional, and UI testing.
• Experience with automated testing tools (UFT, Playwright, Selenium).
• Strong communication and ability to work with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategies for functional, performance, automation, and UAT testing.
• Ensure thorough test coverage and adherence to CapTech standards.
• Manage QA teams and allocate resources across projects.
• Partner with PMs, developers, and stakeholders to align testing with business goals.
• Perform risk analysis and establish quality checkpoints across the lifecycle.
• Mentor junior and mid-level QA analysts; support recruiting and QA growth.
• Create, maintain, and execute test plans, cases, and results; run SQL validation.
