Job summary

DingoBlu Financial Inc. is seeking a hands-on QA Manager to own the quality strategy across mobile and web platforms in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will design test strategy, coverage, automation, and provide leadership with real-time quality insights throughout delivery.

You will report to the Director of Technical Programs and work with engineering, product, and design. The role emphasizes modern practices, including AI-assisted testing, in a regulated context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience owning QA for software products — driving test strategy, coverage, and quality outcomes end to end.
• Hands-on QA across mobile and web; Flutter/React stack is a nice-to-have.
• Automation experience with a clear philosophy on balancing automated and manual coverage.
• Strong Jira and GitHub skills; familiarity with AWS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to articulate quality status to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end QA strategy across mobile (iOS/Android) and web applications from feature inception through release.
• Author clear test plans, scenarios, and cases traceable to requirements.
• Design and maintain a comprehensive testing taxonomy (smoke, functional, regression).
• Build and maintain a pragmatic mix of automated and manual testing aligned with the delivery pipeline.
• Manage QA tooling, defect lifecycle, and reporting in Jira; coordinate with stakeholders.
