Hijack Poker is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager to drive the technical strategy and execution for the app’s delivery pipeline. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on work, shaping end-to-end testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and release validation workflows.

The candidate will lead QA and delivery teams, leverage AI tools for productivity, test generation, and pipeline optimization, and ensure high-integrity solutions for 24/7 platforms,

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in software quality engineering or delivery.
• 3+ years in technical leadership.
• Experience with AI-assisted QA tools and CI/CD.
• Experience in mobile and real-time web platforms.

Responsibilities

• AI & Automation Strategy: Architect and optimize automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines with AI-driven tools.
• Technical Delivery & Release Engineering: Define and implement delivery strategy across mobile and web; own release readiness and sign-off.
• Team Leadership & Upskilling: Lead QA and delivery teams; promote AI productivity tools.
• Pipeline & Tools Optimization: Design and optimize delivery tools, pipelines, dashboards for 24/7 uptime.
• Incident & Issue Management: Establish robust issue workflows with Jira; triage and RCA during rapid deployments.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, Support to troubleshoot game-state issues and enable high-quality releases.
