Job Details

Salary $85,000 - $115,000 per year.

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biology, Microbiology, Animal Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of quality assurance or food safety experience in a food processing or meat industry environment
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, SSOPs, and food safety regulatory standards (e.g., USDA-FSIS)
• Experience leading quality systems, internal audits, corrective actions, and documentation practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills
• Proficient with standard office software (Word, Excel, reporting tools)
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, regulated production environment and interface with internal teams and inspectors
