Job summary

Jobot is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead QA and food safety programs in our Sanford, FL manufacturing operation. You will ensure products meet regulatory standards, customer expectations, and internal specs while promoting continuous improvement and compliance.

You will oversee HACCP, GMP, and SQF/BRC frameworks, manage audits, and drive CAPA actions with cross-functional teams. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving are essential for this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or related field.
• 5+ years of quality management experience in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and GFSI schemes.
• Experience with audits, regulatory compliance, and documentation systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
