Job summary

A healthcare agency in Missouri is currently seeking a qualified Quality Assurance LPN Nurse to ensure quality control of health services. The ideal candidate will have an associate degree, at least one year’s experience in hospice or home health, and must possess a current LPN or LVN license. Qualifications

• Must have at least one year’s experience in hospice, home health, or a related field.
• Must work well with other disciplines to coordinate patient care.
• Experience required in reviewing all POC and re-certification for accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assuring quality control of all health services provided by the Agency.
• Reviewing documentation for compliance and appropriateness of care.
• Conducting one-on-one in-services for documentation problems as needed.

Effective written and verbal communication

Experience in reviewing nurses' notes

Education

Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent

Current State LPN or LVN license
