Schreiber Foods offers a Quality Assurance Management Trainee Program (26–30 weeks) at our Monett, Missouri plant, with relocation benefits and an ESOP from day one. You will gain technical and leadership skills for a QA management path, and after completing the program, relocate to a U.S.

Qualifications

• Recently completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food/Dairy Science or related field.
• Willing to relocate to one of Schreiber's U.S. production facilities after program completion.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Proven leadership experience in a team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to make good business decisions quickly.
• Desire to grow and take on new challenges and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Food Quality Plans and customer requirements.
• Interpret and communicate customer requirements to plant production and support groups.
• Establish and audit PCPs, CCPs and SOPs to define and monitor processes.
• Review incidents where procedures were not met and determine corrective actions for partners.
