Schreiber Foods, Inc. is offering a Quality Assurance Intern position at one of our US manufacturing facilities. The internship focuses on supporting food safety and quality initiatives, with 40-hour weeks and on-site work across multiple U.S.

locations. It provides real-world project experience and potential future opportunities within the company. The role involves leading small quality improvement projects, documentation updates, data entry and analysis, and collaboration with QA teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field with a December 2027 graduation date or later.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week during Summer 2027.
• Flexible start/end dates with 10–12 weeks preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work in a plant manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead small quality improvement projects with plants and teams.
• Create and update documentation for food safety and quality processes.
• Input and analyze data to inform decisions.
• Support testing, sanitation, HACCP, SQF, and supplier-related activities.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Quality Plans and customer requirements.
