• Recently completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food/Dairy Science or related field.
• Willing to relocate to one of Schreiber's U.S. production facilities after program completion.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Food Quality Plans and customer requirements.
• Interpret and communicate customer requirements to plant production and support groups.
• Establish and audit PCPs, CCPs and SOPs to define and monitor processes.
• Review incidents where procedures were not met and determine corrective actions for partners.
