Job summary

Teasdale Foods, Inc. Carrollton, TX seeks a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead the QA team and ensure product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will develop and enforce QA programs, conduct inspections, and drive continuous improvement across production and quality teams.

Reporting to the QA Manager, you will coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics, maintain meticulous records, and stay current with industry regulations and advancements in food safety.

Qualifications

• Lead and supervise QA team; hire, train, schedule, and manage performance.
• Develop, implement, and maintain QA programs to ensure compliance with GMP/HACCP and FDA/USDA.
• Conduct inspections/audits of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics to address quality issues and root causes.
• Maintain records of QC tests, results, non-conformities, and prepare reports for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA activities and supervise QC technicians.
• Implement improvements to quality systems and processes.
• Monitor defect rates, complaints, and incidents to identify trends.
