Zusammenfassung

Integra Partners is seeking a QA Lead to own the day-to-day QA practice across product delivery and release readiness. You will drive test planning, execution, and visibility while strengthening automation and guiding the team to embed quality throughout the SDLC.

You will partner with Product Owners and Engineering to ensure thorough risk-based test coverage, measurable quality metrics, and timely defect triage to enable reliable releases across our US-based remote workforce and Michigan

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on software QA across SDLC including functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience leading QA execution, mentoring testers, or serving as a senior/lead resource.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and QA's role in discovery, development, testing, UAT, and release.
• Ability to translate complex business workflows into risk-based test coverage.
• Experience managing defects and conducting effective triage with Product and Engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to surface quality risks to stakeholders.
• Experience testing complex enterprise applications, healthcare tech, or heavy integrations.
• Experience with AI-assisted development or testing tools.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain test strategies for new features and platform changes.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to identify test scenarios and acceptance criteria early.
• Ensure test cases cover functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end workflows.
• Coordinate test data, environments, and dependencies for QA execution.
• Lead defect triage and track issues until resolution.
• Increase automated coverage without sacrificing quality.
