Job summary

Prudential Overall Supply in Hillsboro, OR seeks a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead site quality initiatives, ensuring ISO 9001 compliance and driving continuous improvement. This hands-on leadership role partners with plant operations to maintain high product and process quality across quality systems.

You will serve as the primary QA contact, guide staff, and collaborate with corporate QA to enforce standards and deliver measurable quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
• Experience supporting ISO audits and ISO 9001 certification.
• Knowledge of quality systems, RCA, and improvement tools.
• Strong analytical, hands-on problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence across all organizational levels.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for quality-related matters at the plant level.
• Lead site quality efforts in alignment with corporate QA standards.
• Act as on-site extension of the corporate QA function, ensuring consistency.
• Provide guidance and training on quality expectations and standards.
