Job summary

Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead quality initiatives in our industrial laundry operations. This hands-on role serves as the site-level quality leader, partnering with plant operations and corporate QA to ensure compliance and top-quality output.

The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen, oversee audits, and mentor staff to uphold ISO 9001 standards across the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control in manufacturing.
• Experience supporting ISO audits and certification processes (ISO 9001 preferred).
• Knowledge of quality systems, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• Ability to influence and communicate across all levels of the organization.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all quality-related matters at the plant level.
• Lead site quality efforts in alignment with corporate Quality Assurance standards.
• Act as the on-site extension of the corporate QA function, ensuring consistency across locations.
• Provide guidance and training to supervisors and plant staff on quality expectations and standards.
• Maintain ISO 9001 certification compliance and lead internal audits and inspections.
• Identify gaps, implement corrective actions, and track resolution to completion.
• Prepare reports on audit findings, trends, and improvement actions.
• Analyze production processes to identify quality risks and inefficiencies.
