Qualifications

• 3+ years in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or lab setting.
• Experience with quality systems, SOPs, investigations, CAPAs, and training docs.
• Familiarity with eQMS, LIMS, EM, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, revise, and maintain EM and FV procedures and templates per VP guidance.
• Assist with accreditation, audits, and data integrity across the network.
• Collaborate with service line SMEs to capture technical requirements in procedures.
• Support EM equipment knowledge and training content across sites.
• Track actions to closure and prepare summaries for leadership review.
• Support investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and change controls with docs.
