Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of QA engineers, analysts, and testers to deliver high-quality products.
Coordinate and allocate resources across projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Develop, implement, and refine QA strategies, processes, and methodologies.
Oversee test planning, creation of test plans, cases, and scripts.
Define and track KPIs related to software quality and performance.
Collaborate with developers, operations, and business stakeholders to align QA objectives.
Promote continuous improvement and adoption of new tools and processes.
