Qualifications

• Ten (10) years’ experience in software quality assurance or testing roles.
• Five (5) years’ experience managing or directing QA efforts on programs.
• One (1) year of experience with cloud‑based SaaS implementations.
• Two (2) years’ experience leading QA activities in integration environments.
• Two (2) years’ experience performing manual and automation testing.
• One (1) year of experience using AzureDevOps, JIRA, or HP ALM.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Program QA Lead for multiple enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies and standards.
• Direct and mentor multiple QA Analysts, managing individual workstreams.
• Oversee vendor-led testing activities, validating against program standards.
• Execute manual test scenarios and perform regression and integration testing.
• Collaborate with teams to prioritize defect resolution during testing.
