Qualifications

• 6+ years of QA experience, including lead roles.
• 3+ years of state government experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Emphasys.
• 3+ years of experience with HDS.
• 6+ years of experience with data mapping.
• 6+ years of experience with business process testing & improvement.
• 6+ years of experience with process & procedure documentation.
• 6+ years of experience with creating statements of work, change orders, and software modification requests.

Responsibilities

• Lead data mapping and QA for final stages of software implementation.
• Record problems and open helpdesk tickets in vendor system.
• Propose improvements to software and business processes.
• Interface with project manager, sponsor, vendor and staff; prepare change orders and work requests.
