Job summary

IT Resources Innovation seeks a Quality Assurance Lead to guide QA across complex technology projects and MIS environments. You will ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance, define standards, and drive testing strategies in both manual and automated domains.

The role requires strong reporting, incident management, and communication with diverse stakeholders in English and Spanish. Experience with regulated frameworks and PMP certification are valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in complex technology projects.
• Experience with manual and automated testing.
• Strong ability to draft technical reports and present findings.
• PMP certification is a Nice to have.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with laws, policies, regulations, and standards.
• Stays informed about regulatory changes impacting MIS systems.
• Defines quality standards and QA methods for projects.
• Develops risk mitigation strategies and controls.
• Prepares and presents compliance status reports to stakeholders.
• Records, analyzes, and prioritizes system incidents or defects.
• Develops documentation and training materials.
