Job summary

Goal Solutions is seeking a practical, data-driven leader to advance the Operations Quality Assurance program across teams in Sioux Falls, SD. You will combine people leadership with building quality standards, using analytics to identify risk, and translating findings into measurable operational improvements.

You will leverage automation and AI responsibly to strengthen quality oversight, drive performance, and deliver actionable insights to executives and clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality assurance experience in regulated environments such as financial services.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of QA monitoring, calibration, RCA, and controls.
• Experience using analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve quality.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advance the Operations QA program across teams.
• Establish consistent quality standards, monitoring methodologies, calibration, and reporting.
• Use data, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to identify trends and improve performance.
• Coach and develop QA team members and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Learning & Development to translate quality insights into actions.
