Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Quality Assurance Lab Technician in Tempe, AZ to support the QA lab team with testing, investigations, and documentation. The role is onsite, Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, ~6 months contract.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma with a preferred associate degree and 3–5 years of lab/QA experience in regulated environments, plus strong MS Office skills and excellent documentation abilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; related associate degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in a lab, quality assurance, or medical device setting.
• Experience in GMP/GLP environments and GDP documentation.
• Strong technical writing, documentation, troubleshooting, and MS Office skills.
• Ability to work independently and in fast-paced teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform complaint sample testing, evaluation, and analysis.
• Document and maintain testing records per GDP.
• Handle lab samples: clean, disinfect, store, and dispose.
• Operate lab equipment, instruments, and microscopes for testing.
• Ensure GMP/GLP/biosafety compliance and support process improvements.
