Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician on a 12-month contract for Field Assurance Lab activities. The role focuses on complaint handling and sample analysis, with responsibilities for maintaining day-to-day lab activities and documenting results.

The ideal candidate has entry-level experience, is comfortable in a fast-paced lab, and can work 40 hours per week on first shift. US Citizens or GC Holders only are eligible.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Basic problem-solving / troubleshooting skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Must have proof of Hep B series, be willing to undergo Hep B series, or sign waiver.
• Must have technical writing skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and disinfection of lab spaces.
• Collect, record, and analyze sample analysis results data accurately.
• Conduct sample analysis testing outlined in protocols.
• Decontamination of complaint samples received in the Lab.
• Documentation of complaint samples received for evaluation purposes.
• Identify and elevate all unexpected sample analysis results to the supervisor and franchise team.
• Maintain GDP when recording preliminary and sample analysis results.
• Maintain GLP consistent with biosafety laboratory practices.
• Maintains a clean and safe lab work environment.
• Maintains a professional working relationship with internal and external customers and support staff.
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and tracking.
• Storage and disposal of complaint samples in accordance with applicable procedures.
• Support continuous improvement of lab processes and test methods.
• Understand and follow procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Use calibrated laboratory equipment and tools.
