Responsibilities

• Review and process image and video requests related to product complaints using internal quality systems.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation while following GDP and laboratory procedures.
• Support daily laboratory operations, inventory management, and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Our client, a global leader in medical technology and healthcare solutions , is seeking a Field Assurance Technician to join their team in Tempe, AZ. As a Field Assurance Technician, you will support the Field Assurance (Complaint Handling) Laboratory , playing a critical role in complaint sample processing, shipping coordination, documentation management, and laboratory operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented , highly organized , and able to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment .

Job Title: Field Assurance Technician

Location: Tempe, AZ

Pay Range: $21.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

What’s the Job?

• Receive, document, track, and manage complaint samples for laboratory evaluation.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipment of sample return kits, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Review and process image and video requests related to product complaints using internal quality systems.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation while following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and laboratory procedures.
• Support daily laboratory operations, inventory management, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

What’s Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, warehouse operations, laboratory support, or a related environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and comply with Hepatitis B vaccination requirements or waiver process.
