Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office; knowledge of QMS Master Control, MeasurLink and other Quality systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Point of QA contact in the WEST location; organize QA lab workloads and drive performance across 4 QA lab shifts.
• Perform and oversee component or product inspection, sampling, analyses per standard methods and procedures, and approval/release.
• Write, review, and revise procedures, work instructions, and related forms for job-related activities.
• Review batch documentation for GMP compliance and resolve discrepancies; update data summaries for batch documentation.
• Work with databases to collect information and data pertaining to batch documentation.
• Perform QA release of finished product for acceptable materials.
• Assist with disposition of nonconforming material per procedures and MRB reviews.
• Train QA personnel on material review processes and provide ongoing training as required.
• Notify internal/external customers with daily lot release updates.
