Job summary

V&V Supremo Foods is seeking a Quality Assurance Laboratory Technician to perform bacteriological, analytical and organoleptic tests in a fast-paced food production environment. You will maintain documentation for finished product, raw material and packaging testing and ensure adherence to SQF, GMP, OSHA procedures.

The role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in data analysis and reporting, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher education not required; High School diploma with relevant experience acceptable.
• Experience in food industry or QA preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with SQF, GMP and OSHA guidelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform bacteriological, analytical, and organoleptic tests.
• Maintain documentation for finished product, raw material, and packaging testing.
• Support hold and release programs and ensure quality compliance.
