Qualifications

• One year of experience in a similar Quality Assurance lab.
• High school Diploma equivalency.
• Salary range is provided as hourly pay between $20.39 and $22.66.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates ingredients and products in production stages.
• Obtains samples of ingredients/products at regular intervals.
• Evaluates samples (weight, color, bake).
• Performs microbiological tests.
• Maintains accurate records and paperwork.
• Checks Metal Detectors and ensures product safety and quality.
• Trains new lab staff as needed.
• Maintains a clean work area and follows safety policies.
• Performs other duties as directed by supervision.
