Qualifications

• One (1) year previous experience in similar Quality Assurance lab.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate ingredients and products at production stages.
• Collect and test samples at regular intervals.
• Assess samples for weight, color, bake, etc.
• Perform microbiological tests.
• Recommend processing improvements.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Inspect metal detectors.
• Record weight logs and paperwork.
• Train new Lab Technicians II as needed.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
• Follow company safety and quality policies.
• Other duties as directed by supervision.
