• Obtains samples of ingredients/product at regular intervals.
• Evaluates samples: weight, color, bake, etc.
• Performs microbiological tests.
• Maintains accurate records and reports findings.
• Keeps work areas clean and follows safety procedures.
• Participates in process improvements as needed.
